Binge and the Rest

A funny thing happened during this evening's session there I was puttering along and then all of a sudden I was getting rest.

What's going on here I think, as my recent Consett sessions have all been virtually continuous swims. I did point out to EMSC 1.0 that this was a bit of a novel concept i.e the rest bit (not the hundreds) and he needed to make sure that was what he intended as we didn't really want him to lose his reputation and have people think he was a push over.

After last night's session I was swimming much better and was probably swimming the 100's under 90 which is a bit of a mini break through compared to how I've been going.

Queenie Reid had obviously had too many Weetabix for breakfast this morning as after the final hard one hundred she actually asked EMSC 1.0 "what's the main set?" eh Joan we've already done 3000 metres!
