Binge and the February Fitness Challenge Day 5

Day 5 and a Consett session goes over 4k to put me nicely ahead of target.

I say nicely but actually it was anything but nice I was doing a fair bit of continuous swimming punctuated by some grab turns.

I suppose I have to ask myself is this really doing me any good? and heck I've only 23 days of it left.
