Simply the best comment from Evil Mutant Swim Coach this afternoon;
His pearls of wisdom came after his opening "It's 200's today Binge" I'm not sure if that was a good or bad thing, but he then goes on to explain how when we swim sets of 100's he has to walk 33 metres with each repeat to shout out our times and to make sure we started each repeat on the right time.
I was hanging on a lane rope talking to Queenie Reid and upon hearing this I couldn't resist asking her "did I just hear him say during sets of 100's he suffers as much as us?"
Good grief the sacrifices this man makes for his squad! We are not worthy!
Anyway we worked our way through this little session and fortunately for EMSC 1.0 he only had to walk a mere 200 metres to keep up!
