Fairly uneventful session this evening, but the key aim at the moment is simply making it to the pool.
Pretty quiet turn out as well, only three of us in the plodders lane, most definitely plodding.
There was an interesting discussion as to why this evening's session was easier than Sunday afternoon's efforts.
The combined brain power of Proudy, Clarkie 2.0 and Binge were unable to come to any definitive answer and put it down simply to just feeling better.
This is all a bit relative of course as I'm still swimming pants.
