The power of three....

What is it about Sundays? finish the warm up and look up at the white board and there it is: a set of 100's.....we've been here before haven't we, this subliminal attraction, coaches have for 3 length repeats on the sabbath.

As you might imagine there was a fair amount of grumbling and mumbling going on but we got stuck in and it went over pretty well. For a change there was a clear difference in pace between the steady and the hard repeats.

This gave me a third consecutive green week (just)
