Training Millarky Paying Off?

Evil Mutant Swim Coach 1.0 still couldn't quite resist the odd one hundred in this afternoons session cunningly hidden in what was essentially a mega set of 200's.

I'll forgive him this insecurity as the session  passed by without too much bother and I was even getting a reasonable amount of rest after the steady 200's.

I think this training millarky might just be paying off and I'm also not far enough into the February Fitness Challenge to be completely wiped out, I expect that's coming sometime this week.
