Approaching Deadline = Short Post
A comparatively short post today as I've got to turn in 1000 words for the Comic first thing tomorrow morning, it's a bit like having to hand in a piece of homework.
Haven't quite worked out what I'm going to talk about but doubtless I'll think of something.
A bit more relaxed session this evening, Proudy and I were clearly on the same wavelength as I was thinking 5 x 400's with some mixed drills, and breath and stroke counting and he devised this little main set. Toosmartwatch tells me it was "steady state work"
The problem with these print outs is they don't lie and I can see where I missed 50m I suspected that I hadn't finished the full 200 and I added an extra 50 onto the swim down to compensate, conscientious or what?
