March Madness and only 357,000 metres to go.

Phew February Fitness Frenzy Finished, and I'm given an immediate dose of reality when all of the tasks I've sidelined whilst I concentrated on swimming and blogging recently came back and started to bite me in the bum. So it wasn't until last night when I finally made it to the pool for the first time this month.

I endured a bit of ribbing from my team mates (particularly Synchro Dad) because of my absence on Tuesday, but I think the rest had done some good as my times were starting to pick up and I was quite pleased with the hard set of number one (I know it was hardly a set 2 x 25's and 2 x 50's) and the 3 x 100 @ 90 at the end.
